To express interest in any of our programs, please complete the Expression of Interest/Waitlist Form. You will be contacted at the email provided when a spot becomes available.
FEES: You will have 48 hours to pay the $100 non-refundable deposit once your registration has been confirmed. All remaining fees, including a $20 registration processing fee, must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to program start date (3 weeks for Winter session). Failure to pay fees within the specified timeframe may result in you forfeiting your spot in the program.
- The registration deposit of $100 is non-refundable.
- The registration processing fee of $20 is non-refundable.
- Upon request, a refund of 50% of the program fees for the remaining days, minus the deposit and processing fee ($120), can be issued if a child is withdrawn for medical reasons and a medical note is provided.
- If a child is withdrawn from programs due to illness or injury (and no medical note is provided), expulsion, or any other reason, a refund will not be issued for any portion of the program fees.
- Refunds will not be given if a day’s program must be cancelled due to inclement weather.
- Programs may be cancelled if there is insufficient registration. In this event, a full refund will be issued.
