If you’re all set, then you can scroll on down and fill out our Expression of Interest/Waitlist Form below! (Returning families can just contact us.) You will be contacted at the email provided when registration opens or a spot becomes available. We typically begin registration ~6-8 weeks before a session begins, with the following tiered approach:

  1. Families registered for the previous session (~1 week);
  2. Any other returning KFNS family (~1 week); then,
  3. Folks on the waitlist (all at once).
We always email our returning families via our KFNS Parent Connect email list with specific instructions for them to register for a new session. Everyone else can get updates about our registration & other happenings via our KFNS Community Connect newsletters, so please sign up!

2024-2025 REGISTRATION SCHEDULE

FALL 2024 – SEPTEMBER 3-DECEMBER 16 (14 weeks, closed November 4-8 for mid-session break) – registration begins in June 2024
    1. June 9th – Families registered for previous session (Spring 2024) have until this date to reclaim their spots.
    2. June 14th – Families previously registered for any KFNS programs have until this date to claim a spot.
    3. June 15th– Folks on the waitlist will begin receiving emails as of this date.

WINTER 2025 – JANUARY 20-FEBRUARY 14 (4 weeks) – registration begins in November 2024
    1. November 10th – Families registered for previous session (Fall 2024) have until this date to reclaim their spots.
    2. November 15th – Families previously registered for any KFNS programs have until this date to claim a spot.
    3. November 16th – Folks on the waitlist will begin receiving emails as of this date.
SPRING 2025 – MARCH 3-JUNE 16 (14 weeks, closed for 1 week mid-April) – registration begins in December 2024
    1. December 10th– Families registered for previous sessions (Fall 2024 & Winter 2025) have until this date to reclaim their spots.
    2. December 15th – Families previously registered for any KFNS programs have until this date to claim a spot.
    3. December 16th – Folks on the waitlist will begin receiving emails as of this date.
SUMMER 2025 – AUGUST 11-15 and AUGUST 18-22 (2  separate weeks, 5 days/week) – registration begins in January 2025
    1. January 31st – Families previously registered for any KFNS programs have until this date to claim a spot.
    2. February 1st– Folks on the waitlist will begin receiving emails as of this date.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE: When you are emailed about registration, you must complete the registration form AND pay a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the program fees (per child, per program) AND pay a non-refundable registration processing fee of $15 (per child) upon registration in order to have your registration processed and your spot held.
